Join Sara & Abby for a playful and welcoming Intro to Acro Yoga experience during Inspire Yoga Fest at Parlee Beach Provincial Park (section A)

This all-levels workshop blends movement, trust, communication, and connection through partner-based yoga poses and fun beginner-friendly acro flows. Expect lots of laughter, teamwork, and opportunities to step outside your comfort zone in a supportive and uplifting environment.

Whether you come with a partner, a friend, or on your own, you’ll be guided through the foundations of Acro Yoga in a way that feels safe, lighthearted, and accessible to everyone, no experience needed.

ATLANTIC ACRO FESTIVAL 2026

Join us for the third annual Atlantic Acro Festival. A weekend of movement, connection, learning, and community on the beautiful grounds of Broadleaf Ranch.

Whether you’re brand new to acro yoga or already part of the community, this festival is designed to be welcoming, playful, and accessible for a wide range of experience levels. Expect a mix of workshops, partner movement, therapeutic sessions, jams, and time to connect.

Festival Details

Location: Broadleaf Ranch
Dates: June 26–28, 2026
Programming runs Friday–Sunday, approximately 10am–6pm
arrival optional Thursday June 25 anytime after 3pm

What’s Included

• Full weekend access to workshops and classes
• Open jams and community practice spaces
• Guest teachers from across Atlantic Canada and beyond
• Beginner-friendly and all-level offerings
• Community hangouts and evening activities
• Shared indoor bunkhouse accommodations

Accommodations

Your ticket includes a spot in our shared indoor bunkhouse with bunk beds. Washrooms and showers are located on site nearby.

If you prefer, you can also tent or bring a camper for an additional $20–$40 per night (to be arranged directly through Broadleaf prior to arrival).

Gravity & Other Myths is an internationally renowned circus company pushing the boundaries of contemporary circus. Formed in Adelaide, Australia in 2009, GOM has rocketed to stellar acclaim with a series of disarmingly accomplished ensemble works.

Brought together by their love and passion for circus training, this family of performers are proud to be part of a strong Australian circus scene. GOM is a ‘do it yourself’ ensemble, from creation to direction, marketing to production… everything about this show has their fingerprints all over it. Their work focuses on human connection and acrobatic virtuosity. It is strong, cheeky, daring and innovative, a true product of the ensemble that creates it.

Ten Thousand Hours
Everybody is a master of something. Blink, step, jump, balance, flip, fly.

This is an ode to the countless hours needed to achieve great things. A tribute to the dedication required to raise our physical ambitions. An acknowledgement of the backstory that is often more spectacular than the finished product.

Eight elite acrobats investigate physical skill; how we obtain it, how we perfect it, and how it can transform our lives. Through highlighting the nuance of high level acrobatics, audiences experience a heightened appreciation of the countless hours required to master the skills they are witnessing. Ten Thousand Hours is a revelry of the distinct physical language that defines GOM and a celebration of the pursuit of mastery.

This is a love letter to our bodies and the amazing things they let us do every day.
