WORKSHOP SCHEDULE
all of our workshops will be adapted to all levels- EVERY one is welcome
There will be optional movement/warm up at 9:00am daily and community jams and bon fire hangs nightly after workshops end
We break for lunch and supper at the same time everyday but everyone is responsible for their own meals
SAME SIZE DUO/BALANCING
This workshop is designed for partners of similar size who want to explore a different side of acro yoga through creativity, balance, and shared movement.
Together , we’ll work through unique poses, counterbalances, and transitions that rely less on traditional basing and more on mutual support, timing, and communication.
You’ll learn how to move as a team, finding stability and flow through connection rather than hierarchy.
FLOW BREAKDOWN
Join us for not one but two playful and powerful workshopswhere we’ll break down a unique flow that’s been
co-created accessible for all levels and rooted in connection. You’ll be guided step-by-step in a supportive space to explore movement, test
your edges, and definitely laugh along the way.
Flying therraputics
This workshop will begin with accessible acro therapeutics, where you’ll explore supported flying shapes designed to decompress the spine, open the hips, and create a feeling of lightness and ease.
With a strong emphasis on spotting and safety, Jamessee’s background in gymnastics and cheer ensures a secure, confidence-building environment.
Expect clear instruction, adaptable progressions, and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re newer to partner work or more experienced, this workshop focuses on trust,
communication, and feeling good in your body.
DANCE LIFTS
Full of partner acrobatic moves that can be used as transitions from L-Basing to Standing partner movements.
There will be a few moves to start the class for any same size duo/diverse body size duo to achieve. Finding balance and stacking are necessary to find ease within each position.
The second half of the workshop will require a strong base and a eager to fly- flyer . To find those two high positions with grace.
INTRO TO POPS
Do you want to take your practice to new heights? In this class we are going to develop and refine your popping ability.
Gaining confidence progressively by breaking down how bases, flyers and spotters can help make the flight feel safe. Chasing the feeling of float.
Whether you are completely new or seasoned, there will be something for you here.
THAI MASSAGE
Discover the ancient art of Thai massage with Laura. Learn basic techniques that combine gentle stretching, intuitive massage and mindful movement.
No experience needed, just bring comfortable clothes and find a partner. Perfect for anyone interested in bodywork & relaxation. Leave feeling re juvenated,balanced and connected.
FLOW BREAKDOWN
All the way fron Vancouver Moody is going to share his knowledge and skills with us from attending and teaching at MANY different acro yoga festivals around the world.

HANDSTANDS/INTRO TO HAND TO HAND
Build a strong foundation for both solo handstands and partner hand-to-hand in this focused, progressive workshop with Sara and Jamessee.
They bring combined experience in dance, aerial arts, cheerleading and circus training with several credentials and a supportive approach to teaching inversion and balance.
You’ll start with key handstand fundamentals:
alignment, stacking, and control before exploring how those same principles apply to partner work. From there, we’ll introduce the basics of hand-to-hand, breaking down grips, positioning, and communication in a way that feels approachable and safe.
Expect clear progressions, plenty of drills, and options to meet you where you’re at.
ACRO OLYMPICS
Get ready for the most entertaining event of the weekend! The Acro Olympics are back, and they’re wilder than ever .
Whether you’re in it to win it or just love cheering from the sidelines, this high-energy event is for YOU. Join Abby, Sara and Jamessee for a
series of laugh-out-loud, skill-testing, and slightly ridiculous acro challenges. We’ll kick things off with a quick demo, and then it’s game on.
who can hold it the longest? Hit the trick the cleanest? Move the fastest? Prizes, pride, and bragging rights are up for grabs. Let the games
