This is your go-to spot for all upcoming acro yoga classes, workshops, and jams happening across the Atlantic provinces. Whether it’s a weekly community jam, a special guest workshop, or a pop-up event in a new city, you’ll find the details here so you never miss a chance to play, learn, and connect.
A class is led by an instructor who takes the whole group through warm-ups, skill progressions, and specific acro yoga moves. You’ll get step-by-step teaching, spotting support, and time to practice with guidance. Perfect if you’re new or want focused skill-building.
A jam is open play time, a space to explore, practice, and connect with others at your own pace. People of all levels are welcome, but if you’ve never done acro yoga before, we recommend starting with a class so you can learn the basics first.
A workshop is generally a longer, focused session that dives deeper into a specific skill, flow, or theme. Workshops allow more time for learning, drilling, and refinement, and are often taught by guest or specialized instructors.
